Educational Qualification: A candidate shall possess – (i) A Bachelor’s degree from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in india or any other educational institutions recognized or declared to be deemed as such as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; (ii) the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1967; (iii) adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

6. Assistants Statistics :

Educational Qualification:A candidate shall possess (i) A post graduate degree or a Second Class Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Applied Statistics or Mathematical Statistics or Economics or Applied Economics or Business Economics or Econometrics or Mathematics as a principal subject obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other educational institution recognized as such by the Government or declared as to be a deemed as a university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government; (ii) The basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967; (iii) Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both;

Educational Qualification :A Candidate shall, (i) Possess a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Microbiology or Bio-chemistry obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the central or a State Act in India, or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act,1956; (ii) Have passed the Diploma in Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Laboratory Technology or P.G. diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or one year Medical Laboratory Technician Training Course or Laboratory Technician Training Course obtained from any of the Government Recognized institutes or Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other educational institutions recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; (i) Possess the basic knowledge of computer application as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 and (iii) Possess Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Selection Process : Candidates will be selected based written exam & interview.

Application Fee :

General category candidates have to pay Rs.112/- (Rs.100/- Exam Fee + Postal Service Charge Rs.12/-), Fee can be pay through Post Office. There is No fee for SC, ST, SEBC, PH & Ex-Serviceman.

Instructions:
1. Before applying online, candidates must have scanned photograph (15 kb) & signature (10 kb).
2. Log on to the website ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
3. Click on “Apply Online” —> “Apply Now” beside the desired post.
4. Fill all the mandatory details in the application form and Submit.
5. An unique Application Number will be generated, retain it for further use.
6. Edit the application form by using application number, date of birth and click on confirm button.
7. Upload scanned photograph & signature, click on confirm button.
8. Take printout of application form and retain it for future reference.
